A Pro-Vice-Chancellor of the University of Ghana in charge of Academic and Student Affairs, Professor Nana Aba Appiah Amfo, disclosed these at the official opening of the Ghana Universities Sports Association (GUSA) Games at Legon in Accra last Monday. Prof. Amfo also revealed that students who aspired to benefit from UG-PAAS must meet the minimum entrance requirement not exceeding aggregate 24 to gain admission into the university. She affirmed her outfit’s resolve to be the epicentre of GUSA and continue to offer their best support towards the sustenance of the GUSA Games. He called on the corporate world to financially back the discipline and charged the government to take sports seriously.
