The race is on to become gender bilingual. Now the ruckus around Gillette’s latest ad, The Best Men Can Be, shows it’s high time we also learn to talk to the men men are becoming. And I’ve learned through experience that talking to men with codes that work for women (or vice versa) can backfire quite spectacularly.
