PETALING JAYA: There is nothing vague about the second post-mortem results on S. Balamurugan, who died in police custody at the North Klang district police headquarters recently. They also argued that the police’s investigating officer was present when the Hospital Kuala Lumpur forensic team explained the outcome of the autopsy to the family and the lawyers. "The police are also in possession of 82 autopsy photographs which detail the wounds upon Balamurugan's body," Surendran said. On Wednesday, Khalid said police would seek more details from the doctor who carried out the second autopsy on Balamurugan. Describing the report as "very vague", he said the police "do not know" on which part of the body was the blunt trauma and whether it was blunt trauma or a heart attack that caused the death.
