The lawyer denied the charges in a Nairobi court and was granted Sh30,000 cash bail. ARRESTHe was arrested on Jakaya Kikwete Road at 8.45pm on Sunday. Earlier, Nairobi police boss Japheth Koome told the Nation that the lawyer had been arrested by police on Sunday night on suspicion of driving while drunk.
