Yet, another Salmonella outbreak is occurring, according to a new Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) announcement. So far, there have been 52 reported cases in 21 states, resulting in 5 hospitalizations but no deaths. Therefore, the number of reported cases is almost always under the real number of Salmonella, ella, ella, eh, eh, cases, to borrow from a Rihanna song. This latest Salmonella outbreak doesn't mean that you have to forego maintaining backyard flocks. Don't expect chickens or ducks to say, "dude, I feel like chicken bleep."
