Update 5.50pm: A powerful storm has hit Europe with high winds and snow, killing at least four people in three countries, grounding flights, halting trains, ripping roofs off buildings and flipping over trucks. Black Sea ports in eastern Romania were also closed because of the high winds, authorities said. Earlier: Dutch police say at least two people have been killed in separate wind-related incidents as a powerful storm lashes the Netherlands. They say another 62-year-old man died in the eastern city of Enschede after a falling tree hit his car. Rescue workers are busy at the site where a car was hit by a falling tree during a storm in Moers, western Germany.
