The General Assembly of Libya Telecom and Technology Company (LTT) has announced the restructuring of its board of directors, appointing Saad Talha as the new chairman. Additionally, the assembly has appointed four new board members, including Abdul Razzaq Al-Housh, Al-Mabrouk Shaladi, Ali Al-Arbah, and Abdul Salam Maatouq. Talha, who is the head of the Social Council of Souq Al-Jumaa and the Four Districts, holds a PhD in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Leeds, UK. He previously served in various significant roles, including head of the Graduate Studies Department at the Technical Colleges Administration and dean of the College of Electronic Technology at the University of Tripoli.
