According to Galvante, the LTO ICTC, which is located inside the LTO Central Office compound in Quezon City, will boost the date storage capacity and processing speed of transactions in the agency. The payment is immediately reflected at the LTO-IT System which enables faster issuance of the vehicle’s official receipt and certificate of registration. The motor show is open to the public until Friday, May 24, at the flagpole area inside the LTO Central Office compound along East Avenue, Diliman, Quezon City.
