LOS ANGELES, United States – Former MVP Russell Westbrook and Toronto Raptors star Kyle Lowry lead the list of NBA All-Star reserves announced on Thursday (Friday Manila Time). Westbrook received his eighth All-Star selection while Lowry made it to the roster for the fifth straight time. The fourteen reserves from the East and West Conferences will join the 10 starters who were already announced last week. Defending champion Golden State will have three All-Stars this year, with reserve Klay Thompson joining starters Stephen Curry and Kevin Durant.
