PAO maintains Duque allegedly bribing family of Dengvaxia victims 561 SHARES Share it! The PAO stood firm with its allegations after Presidential Spokesperson Salvador Panelo told the PAO that it should substantiate its claims against the Department of Health (DOH) chief. Because of this, the PAO has submitted to Malacanang several documents to prove its accusations against Duque. 2018-0147 dated April 17, 2018 which provides the guidelines for processing of claims for financial assistance for the families of Dengvaxia victims. The DOH order indicate a one-time financial assistance of P50,000 will be released by the Office of the President to surviving family members of victims.
