The Lions of Teranga were victorious against the same opponents in this year’s semi-final (1-0), stretching their unbeaten run at these finals (W5, D1). Morocco have been even tighter, conceding just once en route to the final while keeping four successive clean sheets. The Atlas Lions’ attack may have let them down in the semi-final against Nigeria, but Walid Regragui’s men held their nerve to beat Nigeria on penalties and reach just a third-ever AFCON final.
