MANILA, Philippines – President Rodrigo Duterte early Sunday read a long list of names of personalities who are allegedly involved in the illegal drug trade. In his speech during his visit at the Naval Forces Eastern Mindanao, Duterte named magistrates, local executives, retired and active police officers, whom he claimed are involved in illegal drugs. Duterte said he is the only president who has named politicians and government officials allegedly involved in drugs because he feels the need to tell the truth to his countrymen. He said the names on the list , which he said includes some friends, have been validated by the police and military.
