Our Thakurgaon correspondent Zakir Mostafiz Milu said the district unit LGED officials demanded for taking departmental action against Jashimuddin in a human chain. Our Kishoreganj correspondent Mushfiqur Rahman said the LGED officials of the district formed a human chain in the town around 10am on the occasion. In Jamalpur, a protest rally was held in the town in the morning participated by the LGED officials of the district protesting the arrest, said our correspondent Biswajit Deb. In Habiganj, a human chain was held in the town in the morning participated by LGED officials, said our correspondent Md Noor Uddin.
