Calls for Boateng’s return to the Black Stars became more apparent after his shocking loan move to Barcelona in January. Kevin-Prince Boateng has been capped 15 times by the Black Stars with two goals to his credit. The midfielder was handed an indefinite suspension by the GFA after the 2014 World Cup in Brazil. He has since not featured for the Black Stars.
