Kutty on Monday appeared before a Delhi Assembly panel, which had summoned him in connection with alleged irregularities in a cooperative bank, and submitted the Action Taken Report (ATR) in the matter. Show cause noticeAccording to a source, Mr. Kutty also appraised the Assembly’s Questions and Reference Committee that a show cause notice was issued to a former Registrar of Cooperative Society for not responding to queries raised by the panel. Kutty appeared before the panel at 4.45 p.m. and submitted the ATR. He also told the committee that a show cause notice was issued to the then Registrar of Cooperative Society in July. The Registrar of Cooperative Society also responded to the show cause notice.
