Once inside, Scott and Kourtney sat side by side as the E! Meanwhile, the birthday boy - whose first appearance on KUWTK was in 2009 - was mesmerized by his large 'sushi' cake. After the birthday festivities, Disick and Kardashian even left together in the same black SUV.
