PUNE: Knowlarity Communications expects to cross Rs 100 crore in annual revenue from domestic operations this financial year, the Cloud-based telephony services provider said.CEO Yatish Mehrotra told ET that business had grown by 50% in the first half of this year.“We’ve been doing well, but earlier most of the revenues were from outside. Now as B2B (business to business) companies spend on SaaS (Software as a Service), we’re seeing an increase in demand,” said Mehrotra, who took over as CEO about a year ago.The shift to the Cloud has also been driving demand. All enterprises need to communicate, and we’re in both, the incoming and outgoing space,” he said.Knowlarity helps large enterprises manage their business communication by providing customized solutions. It has adopted a vertical solution, rather than a product-centric approach. The company is growing more focused on AI-powered solutions (Data Insight, Speech Recognition), contact centres and integration.
