Natthathida Suchartpong will on June 4 be flown from Thung Song Hospital in Nakhon Si Thammarat to better-equipped Phramongkutklao Hospital in Bangkok. A student at Nakhon Si Thammarat Sports School, Natthathida – known to family and friends as Nong Fa – was attempting to lift a barbell on May 27 when she fell and badly injured her back. Her mother made a public appeal for further help and the word reached the Palace.
