Kim Kardashian often appears as she is has a serious thought in her mind. In an Instagram photo shared on Tuesday, the mother-of-three was seen laughing as two friends tried to lift her. The TV star said she did not know what they were doing. A post on the official Beautycon Instagram announced Kim's involvement, saying: 'Hey dolls, @kimkardashian is literally coming to #BeautyconLA. This year's convention will also feature a talk with Kim's makeup artist Mario Dedivanovic - who has worked with her for 10 years - and her hairstylist Chris Appleton.
