His mother Dawn Cranston, 45, his grandmother Denise Cranston, 70, and his sister Abigail Burling, 25, are on trial accused of manslaughter. Denise Cranston told a court today that "no-one" was responsible for Jordan's death. She said she and her daughter Dawn Cranston would carry him there and then undress him. Last week's hearing heard that Dawn Cranston, who is 'almost certainly' the baby's mother, has pleaded guilty to endeavouring to conceal the birth of a child. He described Dawn Cranston as ‘somewhat detached from the situation’ and thought she may have a mild learning disability.
