Soaked in water, Kim looked smoking hot with heavy makeup and combed wet hair.Following an Atkins diet, Kim has shed 70lbs (31 kgs) post the birth of her second child, Saint. Even though she elaborated in a blog the difficulties and disappointments of loosing weight, going by what we see, the workouts seem to have finally paid off.
