The photo clearly shows Kim, 39, and the 33-year-old rapper, real name Robert Rihmeek Williams, meeting in a professional capacity alongside philanthropist Clara Wu at the Waldorf Astoria hotel restaurant, where they are believed to have discussed prison reform. However, he later deleted the tweets and his wife Kim has been supporting him through his struggle with bipolar disorder saying yesterday that 'his words sometimes do not align with his intentions.' She told her 180 million followers: 'I understand Kanye is subject to criticism because he is a public figure and his actions at times can cause strong opinions and emotions.' 'Those who are close with Kanye know his heart and understand his words some times do not align with his intentions.'
