Nakuru Speaker Susan Kihika wants the High Court to nullify a ruling by the Political Parties Disputes Tribunal barring her from vying as Senator. But lawyer Tom Ojienda told Justice George Odunga on Tuesday that the tribunal disobeyed a court order he issued on Monday, stopping it from looking into complaint filed by Margaret Wanjiku. He wants the judge to reaffirm that the order is still in force and annul the tribunal's ruling. More on this: Tribunal disqualifies Susan Kihika from Nakuru senator race
