The fire raged for some time till the Pauls, who live next door, spotted the smoke and ran down to alert the school authorities. The school runs classes from Nursery to IV. "There were many parents in front of the school and they helped in evacuating the students," a school official said. Some parents slammed the school management for letting three masons stay on the terrace at night.
