Ball said: “Now he’s running a football club where we don’t seem to know where the owner is or what he’s up to. We’ve got no chairman and the other board members are interim appointments so it’s difficult to see who is really running the football club right now. “It’s down to the director of football and manager to try and find a balance of what Everton Football Club is. Ball said: “I feel he gets where we are as a football club but to a large extent his hands are tied. “Kev will know what kind of player Everton can attract and whether he’s the right fit for the football club.
