“They are the ones who managed and owned Kuantan FA, so why are they shifting their responsibility to others then? They should stop giving excuses of not wanting to pay up, the salary arrears issue is their responsibility and they have to resolve it,” said Kevin yesterday (Monday). The Kuantan FA salary arrears issue has been dragging on after Kuantan FA vice president, Datuk Wan Solihin Wan Hassan claimed that they do not have the financial resources despite being instructed by the status committee to solve the issue within 30 days last week. “In the case of Kuantan FA, we were heavily criticised for giving them to much space and time to solve their financial problems. So if it is said that we do not give space nor consideration to Kuantan FA, for me this is just an excuse for them to run away from their responsibility.
