Neither Mr. Senkumar nor Mr. Reddy has been given new posting. Director General of Police (DGP) and Kerala Police Housing Construction Corporation Chairman Jacob Thomas has been posted in his place. Informed sources said Mr. Senkumar, who has less than a year to retire, is likely to be posted as the MD of the Kerala Police Housing Construction Corporation. Additional Director General of Police (South Zone) K. Padmakumar was shifted out last week and has not been given posting till date. The newly formed Left Democratic Front (LDF) government on Monday night removed State Police Chief (SPC) and Director General of Police (DGP) T. P. Senkumar and posted his junior and Commandant General, Fire and Rescue Services, Loknath Behera to the top job in the State police force.
