In recognition:Union Minister of Coal, Energy and Renewable Energy Piyush Goyal presents the award to R. Smitha, Managing Director, REAP, in New Delhi. The agency’s managing director R. Smitha received the award from Union Minister for Coal, Energy and Renewable Energy Piyush Goyal at a function held in Delhi recently. The Ministry of New and Renewable Energy provides 30% subsidy to all categories of beneficiaries. Ministry of New and Renewable Energy, Government of India (MNRE), is promoting concentrated Solar Technology (CST) for maximizing fossil fuel displacement in industrial heating, cooling process and community cooking.
