At the same time Health CS Cleopa Mailu accused his PS Nicholas Muraguri of insubordination, revealing that he had appointed him as the leader of the Ministry's negotiating team, only for him to appoint a secondary officer as his representative, citing his engagement in other national issues. KMPDU officials being led away to start serving their jail term. To protest jailing of their union officials, Mombasa doctors have vowed to paralyse activities in private hospitals for 48hrs and have demanded for their immediate release.
