Kenya : Intimidation won’t stop us from supporting Jubilee, Ukambani leaders declare

“I wish to ask the people of Ukambani to forget what happened in 2013 and support Jubilee come 2017 elections. [Photo/DPPS]Deputy President William Ruto has urged the Kamba community to support Jubilee, as 7 MPs from the region said no amount of intimidation will stop them from working with government. The leaders told the Kamba community to make a wise decision and support Jubilee come the next election if they are to be part of the winning team. Ruto told members of Kamba community that they stand to benefit from Jubilee as opposed to the Coalition for Reforms and Democracy (CORD) that they are currently aligned to. They should either support Jubilee if they want to be part of the Government or continue sticking with Opposition which is not taking us anywhere,” said Mr Mutambo.
