(Photo: Willis Awandu/Standard)Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) Chairman, Wafula Chebukati has said that the commission is now considering to introduce mobile voter registration for students, pastoralists and prisoners. This will allow the group of Kenyans to have a chance to participate in the ongoing mass voter registration exercise which is expected to end on February 14th.
