Senate deputy speaker Kembi Gitura (pictured) on Saturday accused the NCIC of failing to do enough to encourage cohesion in the country. Kembi said the commission should have measures to ensure Kenyans live in harmony. He said leaders making inflammatory statements must be dealt with. He criticised the body for issuing threats with little action.
