LAST week, my family and I visited Papan, Perak, to feed abandoned dogs that roam the Papan dumpsite. Many volunteers visit daily to feed the dogs to keep them alive. I would like to plead with the Ipoh City Council (MBI) or whatever the authorised agencies are in Perak to assist with ensuring the dogs are safe on this hillside. My suggestion is to fence off an area on the hill to stop the dogs from getting to the roads.
