Kathua victim’s father says shift trial, SC seeks J&K govt reply


Kathua rape victim’s lawyer Deepika Singh Rajawat speaks to the press outside the Supreme Court after filing a petition for shifting of the case to Chandigarh from J&K. It also asked the state to provide security to two lawyers who are assisting the victim’s family. On the demand that the victim’s family be given security too, the state said five police personnel had already been deputed.
