An Aurora man has been arrested after police seized more than $100,000 in cash and two kilograms of cocaine. York Region police began investigating in September after receiving reports of suspicious activity at a house in Aurora. A suspect was identified shortly after, and linked to the sale of illegal narcotics across the GTA, investigators said. On Feb. 9, a man was arrested after search warrants were conducted at his residence on Walton Dr., as well as a storage unit in Mississauga. On top of the two kilograms of cocaine, and more than $100,000 in cash, investigators seized 60 grams of methamphetamine and more than 100 rounds of ammunition, police said in a news release.
