Three terrorists were killed in an encounter with militants in Shopian district in south Kashmir that lasted over 12 hours. The terrorists have been identified as Umar Majid Mir from Kulgam, Irfan Sheikh of Maldura and Adil Malik from Shopian. Security forces are conducting searches as two to three terrorists are believed to be hiding in the village.
