Ms Catherine Mukenyang won the Women Representative nominations after garnering 29, 506 votes and will fly the party’s flag in the General Election. Nominations were not done for Kacheliba and Kapenguria parliamentary seats after election materials arrived late and the party rescheduled to Tuesday next week. The nominations were completed without any problem unlike the chaos witnessed in the Jubilee nominations. PRESENTED CERTIFICATESSpeaking on Saturday when they were presented certificates at the Kanu offices in Kapenguria, Kanu leaders asked Jubilee party to borrow a leaf from the independence party on how to conduct successful primaries.
