According to a statement by Governor Mutua, the suspect was arrested on Sunday and will be arraigned next week to face assault charges. Earlier, Mutua demanded for the arrest of the man after a shocking viral video in which he was captured repeatedly clobbering the disabled woman. "Those captured in the video watching without doing or saying anything also need to be disciplined," the angry governor said.
