Wiper Democratic Movement leader Kalonzo Musyoka has called for a political truce between Deputy President William Ruto and ODM Leader Raila Odinga for the country to heal. Kalonzo said the escalating war of words between the two camps was bringing back the political tension which the handshake was supposed to heal. The Wiper leader spoke in the presence of Ruto on Thursday during the burial of Bishop Emeritus of PEFA Samuel Mwatha Kang'ethe in Kandara. Kalonzo said he will undertake the task of mediating between the two so that the country can move forward together.
