A Kakamega hospital administrator was charged on Monday with assaulting a Mulembe FM journalist. Titus Mumia, an administrator at Kakamega general hospital, is said to have committed the offence on Saturday. Juma was attacked when he and his colleagues accompanied Livondo to the hospital to pay bills for a supporter injured on Saturday. Less than a month ago, Kakamega askaris injured Standard Group's Dan Ochola for taking photos of a building that had collapsed. Doctors, clinical officers and support staff went to the court as early as 8am to support their colleague.
