Kiambu governor William Kabogo has threatened to sue eight Jubilee MPs for defaming him over alleged anti-Ruto remarks he made last week. Kabogo said he is preparing legal suits against MPs Ferdinand Waititu (Kabete), and Kimani Ichung’wa (Kikuyu). On Wednesday last week, the governor claimed that central Kenya region will not automatically support DP William Ruto’s presidential bid. This is not the only political legal case Kabogo will have, the governor is already entangled in a case challenging the academic qualifications of Kabete lawmaker Ferdinanda Waititu. "I wish to put on notice some nondescript politicians looking for favours from Ruto that they should do so without using my name.
