Two girls are among candidates who scored the highest marks in the KCPE exams in Nakuru and Meru. Sharon Muthoni of St Peter's Elite Academy scored 447 marks, while Sharon Murega of Kathigiri Boarding School had 445 marks. Another pupil, Gathoni Macharia, from the same school scored 444 marks.
