It was a query about the evidence provided by Sharlene Bosma, Tim Bosma’s wife: “Tim went to fill up the truck with gas. Tuesday marked Day 2 that the jury was sequestered, poring over the evidence presented to them over the course of the first-degree murder trial of Dellen Millard and Mark Smich. First-degree murder, second-degree murder, and manslaughter are the guilty verdicts available to them.
