Jurors in a Moncton double-murder trial on Thursday were shown a bullet found during the autopsy of one of the victims before hearing descriptions of the scene. The bullet was entered as an exhibit in Janson Baker’s trial on two counts of first-degree murder. Then more lights appeared around 2:50 a.m. On Monday, a Crown witness testified Baker told him that when Baker was booked into prison, a list of his belongings included the key from the car he was driving the night of the killings. The trial is not expected to sit most Fridays, and jurors were told to return to court Monday morning.
