Jubilee Party on Thursday said that it is willing to accept Cord's proposal that seven members be seconded to the select committee on the IEBC stalemate. "We as Jubilee Party had proposed as a maximum 11 members from each side. But we are willing to accept Cord’s proposal of seven members subject to our next Parliamentary Group meeting," he said. Cord leaders had earlier on rejected President Uhuru Kenyatta's proposal on the IEBC stalemate and even set new conditions for talks with Jubilee. However Jubilee said that the issue of chairmanship which is dynamic should be sorted out by the committee itself.
