Alex Tolgos was embarrassed by his opponent in the presence of President Uhuru Kenyatta as his supporters watched in dismay. Governor Tolgos who is the Jubilee Party candidate for the seat he will be defending was denied to welcome the president at his home county. The opponent, Moses Kiplagat Changwony’s name filled the air as Tolgos snatched away the microphone to welcome Uhuru Kenyatta yesterday evening in Chepkorio Show ground, Keiyo south sub-county. This is the first ugly moment for the governor and it happened in his home ground and Jubilee Party zone barely two months before the general elections. Since governor Tolgos announced his youthful running mate, Wisely Rotich, there has been a major shake-up in his political career.
