Joni Mitchell has made a rare public appearance at a concert in Los Angeles, over a year after suffering an aneurysm. In a photo on Mitchell's official website, the reclusive Canadian folk legend is seen at Saturday's Chick Corea concert at the Catalina Bar and Grill in Los Angeles. She's seated at a table with Corea as well as Gayle Moran Corea and Herbie Hancock, who is clasping Mitchell's hand. Mitchell looks elegant in a wide-brimmed black hat, black dress and shawl. Mitchell, 72, was admitted to a Los Angeles hospital in March 2015 for what was later revealed to be an aneurysm.
