PETALING JAYA: Independent mixed doubles player Jimmy Wong could be on his way back to the Badminton Association of Malaysia (BAM). The speculation gained traction after Jimmy revealed that he is no longer with Taiwanese sports brand Victor. The talk intensified after Jimmy and his partner Lai Pei Jing withdrew from next week’s Asian Championships in Ningbo, China. Jimmy began partnering with Pei Jing in March last year. During his previous stint with the national team, Jimmy competed in men’s doubles and men’s singles before being dropped in 2022.
