KUALA LUMPUR (April 1): Exsim Hospitality Bhd (KL:EXSIMHB) said it has secured a RM41.5 million contract for architectural, mechanical and electrical works. The company said in a bourse filing the contract was awarded to its wholly owned subsidiary, Exsim Concepto Sdn Bhd, by Cosmopolitan Avenue Sdn Bhd, the registered proprietor of Empire City Mall in Petaling Jaya. Work is scheduled to be completed on Sept 30, said Exsim Hospitality, adding that the defects liability period will run for 12 months from the issuance of the certificate of practical completion, or until all defects are rectified. As at March 2026, Exsim Hospitality’s unbilled order book stood at RM255.9 million, according to TA Research.
