But Yates said he wanted to get Nebraska in the conversation if the league’s position changes. Yates said his delegation’s Feb. 16 meeting with NHL officials to make the case for a hockey team was “phenomenal,” he told the business development website Grow Omaha. A hockey arena, if built, could be configured for volleyball matches, too, he said.
